Good to know, I will have to keep those in mind. I tend to have trouble sleeping too and even when I make an effort to do all the daily routine stuff to help as you mentioned, still sometimes I just lie awake anyways. Ive taken Gravol and even Ativan and they both help but I'd rather not have to use drugs!! For the record, I took melatonin and while it did help me sleep, every time I've taken it I wake up a few hours later EXTREMELY restless to the point of it being quite uncomfortable. Like, my whole body just wants to move and thrash around and my heart is racing. Very strange but I will not be taking Melatonin again!!!

I'll have to pick some of that up to keep for those nights when I can't get to sleep Jenn!
I've tried a few things that usually leave me exhausted and feeling hungover or groggy the next day, but that one sounds good!

I will try that for sure. I have another final tomorrow morning so I'll be sure to take something tonight so my nerves don't keep me up.
